FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE!!!
We offer classes for every level! We value punctuality and ask that you please show up 10-15 minutes early.
Please note, we cap our classes at a maximum of 14 members, so please RSVP through our RSVP Today link, accordingly. All class MUST be RSVP’d by at least 1 person 45 minutes prior to the start of class or it will be cancelled — specifically, 630am classes MUST be RSVP’d before 9pm the day before to avoid cancellation. With prior notice through social media or by class announcement, Revolution Fitness may cancel some classes

By combining weight training, Circuit Training and calisthenics, we incorporate cardio intervals between exercises (aka High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT) to help you build leaner muscles. This class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Let’s just say you won’t feel as bad when you eat them 🌮 Tacos!
Hump and Peach Wednesdays
We will mainly be focusing on our posterior 🍑 and our lower extremities
Tummy Tuck Thursdays
Think of it as a potluck with our core 😣 being the main dish
Happy Hour Friday
Fridays will include a bar… barbells that is 😜 Taking random shots of whatever the coach serves up!
Savage Saturdays
Expect the unexpected 😈 This day will test your physical and mental grit
Instructed Lift Training
Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Saturdays

Strength & Cardio Kickboxing
During this short class, we do a series of intense kickboxing jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts with bursts of aerobic exercise, intense kicks, and stretch breaks.
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
6pm – 7pm
Functional Advancement Movement (FAM)
A structured class that includes tips, tricks, and lessons that are focused on form, body movement, flexibility and/or mobility. This class may have more advanced movements, or a more technical breakdown for common movements.

Personal Record Days (PR DAYS)
A day to beat your personal record. Create a new max along with new limits. Whether its Strength, Endurance, or both.
Everyone will have an opportunity to write your name along with their personal record on our PR Board. However, to do so you must attend one of the actual PR days only on the first Sunday of every month. So that an instructor can witness your attempt.
