RSVP Today

FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE!!!

We offer classes for every level! We value punctuality and ask that you please show up 10-15 minutes early.


Please note, you may only RSVP:

  • up to 3 classes at a time — this does not mean you may only take 3 classes a week
  • back-to-back days, but NOT the same time slot (E.g. Monday 4pm & Tuesday 4pm)
  • sign up for the same time slot for the following day, after the completion of your class
  • Visitors and/or new members please text or DM Edwin the phrase “I’m new!”

 

Also note that any cancellations:

  • must be within 3 hours prior to the start of class and you may text the gym at 213-448-0964 to do so
  • and for No-call No-shows:
    • 1st offense – Warning
    • 2nd offense – Class selection will be reduced to 1 the following week.

Functional Intensity Training (FIT)

By combining weight training, Circuit Training and calisthenics, we incorporate cardio intervals between exercises (aka High-Intensity Interval Training or HIIT) to help you build leaner muscles. This class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Mondays - Thursdays

6:30am – 7:45am
8:30am – 9:15am
9:30am – 10:45am
3:45pm – 5:00pm
5:00pm – 6:00pm
6:15pm – 7:15pm
7:15pm – 8:30pm

Fridays

6:30am – 7:45am
8:30am – 9:15am
9:30am – 10:45am
3:45pm – 5:00pm*
5:00pm – 6:00pm*
6:00pm – 7:15pm

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Strength & Cardio Kickboxing

During this short class, we do a series of intense kickboxing jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts with bursts of aerobic exercise, intense kicks, and stretch breaks.

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays

6pm – 7pm

All Classes are Closed on Sunday
