    what if the crow pose play is actually really painful? i cant do more than three seconds bc my knees are hurting my triceps and elbow

    edit: i saw a tutorial that someone on reddit recommended and the dude put his knees beside his elbows instead of behind so i’ll just stick to that for now

    Hi Summer! I m happy to find your channel. I am just starting with Calisthenics as an absolute beginner at age 44. I saw many channels with some dudes who apparently have never heard of a shirt. Became a bit annoying Especially compared to my ehm, little tummy. 😉 So, that has to go now. And I am really exited to start my Calisthenics journey! Subbed!
