Am I doing hollow body wrong, I can stay there for like 5 minutes no problem, where it should hurt, or is it cause 7 years of pilates training has done its job? 😀
what if the crow pose play is actually really painful? i cant do more than three seconds bc my knees are hurting my triceps and elbow
edit: i saw a tutorial that someone on reddit recommended and the dude put his knees beside his elbows instead of behind so i’ll just stick to that for now

Maybe that's PARTLY why i couldn't do any handstand type sh*t. Because I DIDN'T know you have to grip your hands into the ground lol.
