    I am 59 years old just had weight los surgery 5 weeks ago and I will be purchasing 3 kettlebells and a stationary bike for home and I need to know what is the best 3 bells to purchase first?

    Great workout brother! I just finished this workout using 2 x 20 kg bells and I'm jacked! I like how you take your time doing the exercises and don't sacrifice technique for reps. This gets more important the heavier you go.

    2 minutes no stop of any exercise with kettlebell looks really hard to me. When I was younger (close to the 50s) I could do 100 snatch in 10 minutes and it was awful.
    For endurance I follow a structure of 36" of work followed by 36" of recovery, as per the Viking Warrior Conditioning protocol. I use it for either snatch or long cycle or both. 2 minutes no stop looks really hard…
