do you have any tips on how to work on carrying your own body weight? i think i’m decently naturally strong but i can’t do press ups and sit ups, yet i can carry a lot more in my arms than my arms can carry myself. (if that makes sense haha)
After being an ex soldier, I used to know how brutal these workouts can be and especially at 7am in the morning! I could not manage the full three sets, I currently attend classes and swimming at my local gym however, when not being able to go I am looking at doing short 20 minute workout classes like this! I sure feel out of breath and hot after this and hope to become stronger so I can carry out the full sets! You definitely can't beat a good old fashioned Army workout that is for sure! Huge thank you for giving up your time and adding these to you tube x
The medicine ball throw for the fitness test, where is the measurement taken from? Is it the wall your back is up against or is it the soles of the feet please? Just so my son can do correct measurements
