    People you must realize that you cannot spot reduce, if you lose fat you will lose it evenly throughout your body. A very effective way of loosing fat is to do a calorie deficit. Stay strong.

    Lol, so silly! I enjoyed being thin, sexy, and playful. I enjoyed being free, single, and fat. The whole sexy fat thing isn't working for me though. I think I need to stay single, fat, and free, and if I win the lottery by getting thin once again, then I'll hopefully go on less worrisome dates by people that are actually somewhat serious about me then, if I'm not all the way old by then. That maybe a worse scenario with Men losing their libido at 60 nowadays. People's health going all the way wrong.

    You can’t target any specific spot for fat loss (ie belly fat). That’s not how it works. You lose fat across your body in a distribution that your genetics dictate. Belly fat can come off you but not from some random ‘belly fat exercises’
