    Enjoying your workout alot. I enjoy using weights and treadmill and bike but also really enjoy these types of workouts as they get my blood flowing and make me feel really happy and energized. I make these more high intensity for myself and yet your workouts are suitable for any level. Thanks for these – just what I needed

    It’s a great way to warm up without been to stressful. The only thing the music sometimes goes to fast for the exercise you are doing, unless the idea is to go faster and burn more calories.
