    I love seeing someone my size leading a WORKOUT…..I had to stay and try it…..I have a lot of trouble in my back, knees and this workout was kind to both…still cant believe I got through the whole work out!!!! without pain!!!     I absolutely adore your for what you are doing!
    I haven’t been active in years. Anxiety, stress, maybe depression. I got to the point where I was feeling so bad that I started to believe I was sick. I got my tests done, nothing! It was all just lack of activity.
    I started to do your exercices and it’s the first time in a long time when I feel alive again!

Even tho I wasn’t able to finish it because I have scoliosis and my lower back being to hurt, I will make it a point to finish this workout as I increase my therapy with my chiropractor ♥️♥️♥️
