Day 1: I did 2 sets of these by taking few seconds of rest in between.. I'm gonna do another 2 sets in the evng as well..rn I'm fully sweat..I can feel the pressure in my stomach region n on thighs n little on knees..i hope this is how it works???? feeling energetic
Day 2: woke up with severe body pains but somehow managed to do 1 round of these exercises with gaps in between..I'm happy that i did something instead of sitting idle✌️i think my body is adjusting to this new routine..let's give it some time…my goal is to be consistent n dedicated to this new exercise routine..
