    i only hit 30 minutes even with 10 lbs dumbells. I took a water break and afterward felt lightheaded. Pace yourself differently if it's your first time in a long while! Had two day-soreness…
    2nd time: as much sweat but took fewer breaks; hit 30 min. (Consume electrolytes afterward.)

    I just did this again and its definitely one of my absolute favourites. I am a pool of sweat now, but that was amazing???????????????????????????????? Well balanced, plus I love the RDL & squat combinations to keep it interesting ???????????????? Thanks so much for all this amazing content????

    Decided to this two week Beastmode again after Fuel finished ….. it is as tough as it was the first time around ???? and that is after completely everything else that came after, including Iron ????
