i only hit 30 minutes even with 10 lbs dumbells. I took a water break and afterward felt lightheaded. Pace yourself differently if it's your first time in a long while! Had two day-soreness… 2nd time: as much sweat but took fewer breaks; hit 30 min. (Consume electrolytes afterward.)
My triceps are still trying to recover, she kicked my butt in this series. This is my last day for beast mode. Reading all the comments is helping me get excited about this work out!! Wish me luck ❤

I just did this again and its definitely one of my absolute favourites. I am a pool of sweat now, but that was amazing???????????????????????????????? Well balanced, plus I love the RDL & squat combinations to keep it interesting ???????????????? Thanks so much for all this amazing content????
51 yrs old and I completed this workout with 12 lbs weights ???? had to come back to this after having covid that kicked my behind for a while. Good to working my way back.
I feel like a beast! I almost vomited at one point, but it was well worth it lol. I love the challenge, it is so good for my mind, everything else just disappears. Thanks, Caroline!
Decided to this two week Beastmode again after Fuel finished ….. it is as tough as it was the first time around ???? and that is after completely everything else that came after, including Iron ????
