    first time trying out the 45min workout . Easy and calorie burnt 450 for me , impressive. I love your videos as they are clearly guided, easy and without a words said but actions say it all. keep it coming .

    Sneaked this workout in really late at night as ive been following your exercise videos for 6 days and today is day 7! I have changed my diet not 100% but in moderation as i dont want my body to go into shock mode. My partner has noticed my 11 lines on my stomach (i used to have those 2 years ago) so all in moderation guys!! Thanks Mizi for your delicate yet rewarding workouts! I do 30-40-1 hr workouts alternate during the week, add in abs or arm workout to add up to an hour!
