I've been looking for some beginner exercises and stretches. I just did your 10 minute no jumping exercises. Needless to say I didn't know I could sweat so much in 20 minutes. LOL. You have given me some motivation! I really enjoyed this routine and the stretch. Thank you ?????

this is way too intense to be a total beginners workout, nearly killed me
