    I loved the workout, recently had a knee injury so there´s not a lot of videos I can do, but this was perfect!! I would love to see more of these knee friendly videos 🙂 !!!

    I've been looking for some beginner exercises and stretches. I just did your 10 minute no jumping exercises. Needless to say I didn't know I could sweat so much in 20 minutes. LOL. You have given me some motivation! I really enjoyed this routine and the stretch. Thank you ?????
