Just crushed this workout!! Those leg lifts were a killer on my bunz. I'm loving this week's workouts event though I'm a day behind, I had to take a rest day after doing that Popeye arm workout but I loved every minute of it. ???❤️?
This combo of weights and cardio makes me sweat so much!! I also started increasing my weights and it felt good, got a lot out of this workout! Thank you Sydney!
